For years, I’ve worked with hundreds of women—moms juggling careers and families, professionals pushing through busy schedules, and women striving to take care of everyone but themselves. One thing became clear: we all want to feel our best, but we often put ourselves last.

I started Fitasamom because I believe that in order to show up as your best self for your family, your career, and your life, you have to make yourself a priority first.

The Struggle We All Face

We live in a world that glorifies being busy. Between work meetings, school drop-offs, and endless to-do lists, finding time for self-care feels impossible. But I’ve seen firsthand that when women prioritize movement, balanced nutrition, and overall well-being, everything else in life improves—energy, confidence, and even productivity.


My Approach: Balance Over Perfection

I don’t believe in extreme diets, cutting out entire food groups, or spending hours in the gym. Instead, my coaching focuses on:

Hi, I’m Hilary, the founder of Fit as a Mom! My passion for nutrition and fitness started in college and has only grown stronger over the years. I became a CrossFit Level 1 Coach in 2012 and later earned NCSF certifications in both personal training and nutrition. With over three years of experience coaching clients through nutrition programs, I’ve helped countless individuals achieve sustainable results through a balanced and personalized approach.

My journey isn’t just professional—it’s personal. I’ve navigated my own health challenges, including infertility, stage 4 endometriosis, and hypothyroidism, which have deepened my commitment to sustainable wellness. As a mother, wife and lifelong learner, I understand the importance of balancing nutrition, fitness, and real life. My goal is to help you build habits that fit your lifestyle—so you can feel strong, energized, and confident for the long haul.
